Strategic Vision is on our second year of managing and moderating a Meetings and Incentives Advisory Board - a group of 14 industry leaders and influencers associated with the largest trade shows, associations, incentive houses and corporations.


Our Role Includes:

Recruitment and Interviews

Invitation and participation confirmation and processing

In-person and virtual meetings schedules and agendas

Event planning including travel

Meeting content development

Meeting oversight , moderation and synthesis

Post - meeting surveys

Ongoing liaising with Board members

Board renewal and refresh recommendations
