STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT, COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE

CHALLENGE

Caruso is a world-renowned company that blends best-in-class real estate with five-star hospitality to create a timeless collection of luxury destinations featuring town centers, street-front retail, a world-class resort, restaurants, residences, offices and private clubs. After nearly 2-years of operating as a dispersed workforce during the COVID pandemic, Caruso introduced an annual corporate summit.

The objective was to develop a corporate summit program that would align employees with a strategic 5-year plan coming out of the pandemic, and enhance company culture through reinforcing the importance of communication and social connection. Strategic Vision worked with Caruso on an inaugural Caruso Summit -  themed Forward Together  - an event for all employees to hear and see first-hand the evolved vision and leadership plan.  That event was so successful, SV was tapped to partner on the subsequent 2023 event.

Our Role Included:

Designing the overall Summit program

Identifying and securing keynote speakers including Angela Ahrendt and Danny Meyer

Working with Caruso internal teams on all event logistic

Developing/supporting key presentations

Moderating Summit sessions and break-outs

Crafting post-event survey and issuing final report


results

The summit evoked excitement for the company’s future, alignment on goals and objectives, generated innovative business ideas, and created shared experiences and commaraderie between colleagues. These will now be an annual engagement for Strategic Vision and Caruso.
